Looking for someone who could tell me about the very top part of the Janet Head Lighthouse (Gore Bay). I know nothing about lighthouses but I am contracted to a publishing company that makes lighthouse calendars as a writer/researcher. The structure appears to be perforated. Are these bullet holes? Or were the holes designed into to it for wind stress? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
