I wanted to if anyone here is going to Alpena for "THE LIGHTHOUSE FESTIVAL" It is the weekend of Oct 9,10.11.12.? They open several lights for this weekend, Middle Island, Forty Mile Point. Very nice dinners each night at the Holiday Inn, with speakers on different lights and nautical topics. It is really a very nice weekend, I stay at the Days Inn on M-32 price is reasonable, See you there!!!
