Petoskey Pierhead Light
By Dave Wobser

A simple cylindrical tower that displays a red light at a height of 44 feet above the harbor breakwater.

This is the latest incarnation of a series of lights at this location since 1899. The breakwater was built in 1895, and provides a harbor of refuge for small craft.
